This place was a great fit for a weekend excursion in Augusta with value for money. The bathroom in our room had rust holes, which was pretty memorable. Avoid taking the stairs if you can!

Texas Roadhouse served up some jaw-dropping salads, and Menchie's was the cherry on top with their frozen yogurt! Plus, the staff were friendly enough to make me feel heard, even when things got weird.
Plus, no one was at the front desk to check in, and key cards just wouldn’t cooperate.

Comfortable Stay with Room for Improvement
We enjoyed our three-night stay in a spacious non-smoking king room. The proximity to nearby restaurants made dining convenient. While the service had hiccups, especially with check-in, friendly staff were helpful when we needed it.

not worth it
The queen room wasn't great. It had a foul smell and was super dirty. Cigarette burns were everywhere, and the fridge looked banged up. There were stains on the floor.

We had a fantastic stay at Suburban Studios! Our King Room was spacious with a comfortable bed, and the kitchenette made it convenient for preparing snacks. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring our karaoke night went smoothly and our casino plans were well-supported!
The only downside was that the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times.

During my stay, I found the check-in process smooth, and the location convenient for exploring Augusta. The room had a strong odor that lingered, which detracted from my experience. I appreciated the home-like atmosphere and the helpful staff.

Mixed feelings about this stay
We were pretty disappointed with our room. It looked nothing like what we booked, and it was kinda sketchy, so we didn’t feel comfortable sleeping there. Had to keep our clothes on! At least the staff was friendly when we asked about the dining options. Just wish the room had matched the pics.

The room was clean when I checked in but that’s about it. They didn’t provide any towels, and it seems like they have issues with the plumbing that they’re not addressing. I was kicked out because of a toilet issue that wasn't my fault! No breakfast or anything, just a big disappointment overall.
